Return & Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period (Distance Selling)
In accordance with Dutch and European consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. We extend this period to 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Unworn clothing and accessories with original tags attached
- Equipment in original, unopened packaging and condition
- Books in original, unread condition
3. Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse
- Digital products and downloads (after access has been granted)
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at connect@orange-athletes.com
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us
5. Return Shipping Costs
For returns within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (EU distance selling regulation), you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. For returns between day 15-30 of our extended return period, return shipping costs are at your expense.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, as required by EU law, and credited to your original payment method. The refund includes the purchase price and original standard shipping costs (for statutory cooling-off returns).
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within the same 30-day return period. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at connect@orange-athletes.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping costs.
